Gullak- Experiences

 Namaste,

I went to a local weekly market called "Santa" in Telugu.

You get all your day-to-day items here at a bargain price definitely less than the usual market rates.

Suddenly a moment of realization stuck in my head -- very strange paradox ...  wait What?

Realizing it is a much-needed escape, we get to see more people in the local markets communicate with them breaking our usual routine faces.

We meet and greet other people, bargain for the products, experience the need and cut the temptations aside, and apply on-the-spot decisions rather than scrolling for unnecessary amounts of time and forgetting half of the products to order adding up the necessary items and falling into new age SEO marketing.

Also the joy of visually witnessing colorful stands, veggies fruits smell of fresh pakora's pain puri people enjoying some whining ;)

I got so busy with corporate and metro life so much that I forgot to enjoy the simple moments and began to take those moments as burdens. (those moments getting out for a walk, random smiles, and most importantly away from the daily conversations, and mobile screens enjoying the basic moment of life.

How important it is for children as they are losing an important aspect of communication from a young age. I mean earlier times before this app revolution we used to accompany our elders to market to witness the art of negotiation introduced us to the seller and buyer concepts, saving money getting to learn we can't have it all, and most importantly deal with rejections ( Rejections -after much negotiation some veggie vendor denying the best price you offered and said yahi price hai lena hai to lo . either you move on to another vendor or you accept the deal.)

Though in urban cities rapidly getting dependent on these apps and tech is making its presence in rural areas too. I really want to get back to the good old times when were much more humble and making contacts in real with local vendors, and neighbors than on LinkedIn.

Now we all know most of the closet surroundings people are unaware of.

When Wish becomes Desire
Desire becomes Passion
Passion becomes Ambition
Like a temple of memories
Like a song of Cuckoo bird
It Calls you in Million voices.

Sometimes down the memory lane...

Sometimes down the memory lane,
                  I remember something about us.
Golden period of my life, will you ever comeback,
I  wish to see you once again and rejunevate myself.
And you came in form of memories and then I realised.
Some of the things that we hold onto the most,
are the things that we need to let go of.
So enjoy the life with to the fullest,
And cherish the beautiful memories.
                    Sometimes down the memory lane,
I remember  something about us.
                    I remember something about us.
And IT GOES ON & ON..... :)
